VENDOR PLEDGE & INFO

All of our active applications are available under the 'Vendor' tab. Fill them in completely and IF you have a social site where we can see your products, it is very important that you list those. It is also important you insert a good description of your product or services. Please remember that applying does NOT guarantee a spot in the event. 

Do read the application carefully, and answer all questions. You will be expected to check each box of the guidelines so we know you read and will abide by those rules. Signing the document in order to submit it is an agreement to our terms.

We do curate our events, and the decisions process is not fast. We do give preference to long-time vendors, but always welcome a new vendor with exciting products. Once you apply, you will be notified by the email address you use in the application that you have either been accepted, declined, or waitlisted. You will also be informed on how to join the private vendors Facebook group, and how to expect your invoice.

We use PayPal or Square for our vendor invoices. That invoice will have a due date, as well as the opportunity to make your payment in two payments if you wish. We give extremely long payment times (depending on when you applied). We do expect payment on time, because the spot is not actually rented until we receive payment. If you do not show up to the event, your forfeit your payment. PLEASE remember, payments, even deposits, are non refundable. In the event that MR had to end an event, you would receive reimbursement or other option.

Any sales tax due for the items you sell is your sole responsibility. You are an independent contractor, and so are responsible for your business. 

Please pay attention to the email address you provided us. Close to the event, all the move in/move out and event information will be emailed to you.

We market you, as well as the event, in many ways. We ask that your promote yourself and the event as well; working together we all succeed. Thank you.
